SMUDGE – FLINTA* Opening Party for Berlin Pride Weekend 2026With SMUDGE, a new event format is being launched to kick off Berlin CSD, consciously placing queer, lesbian, feminist, migrant and BIPOC communities at the centre. On Friday, 24 July 2026, collectives active across Germany from club and community culture will come together for the first time, championing greater visibility, representation and empowerment for FLINTA* people.Together with The Love Cruise, SLIC Unit, GOODIES, Layers Collective and the BreakUp Club, a unique space for encounters, exchange and collective joy is created – between live formats, community moments and a diverse club night. Line-up on our Instagram channel @smudge.blnSMUDGE officially opens Berlin Pride Weekend in cooperation with Berliner CSD e.V. and brings together over 15 artists across four indoor and outdoor areas of AQUAHÖFE Berlin around Ritter Butzke. The programme combines spoken word, podcast, performance and club culture into an experience that goes far beyond a classic party.The evening begins early with an open-air programme and a live podcast from the popular BreakUp Club featuring Ricarda Hofmann and Irina Schlauch. Afterwards, DJs and artists from all over Germany take over the floors with sounds ranging from house, hip-hop, disco, RnB, bass music and pop culture.SMUDGE sees itself as an invitation to all FLINTA* people and allies to open Pride together: respectfully, in solidarity, loudly and full of community energy.
